Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in stock items the day you place your order. Occasionally, if items are out of stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Our delivery charge is £4.50 for a 24hr delivery as standard. We thought you would like to know a little bit about our packaging; we use biodegradable void fill in our boxes, this breaks down quickly and naturally, we only use paper tape to seal our boxes making the whole package completely recyclable plus all the paper and envelopes we use within the business are made from recycled materials.

Deliveries abroad
To send goods outside to UK, call 01759 383050 (from the UK); +44 01579383050 (outside the UK) between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or email customerservices@smilechild.co.uk, and we'll be happy explain the expected delivery time and cost.

Cancellation
 You reserve the right to cancel your order for seven days after receiving your goods. Should you choose to cancel, Smilechild will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation. Where goods are not faulty, Smilechild is not liable for the cost of return postage. Smilechild cannot accept any liability for failure to comply with instructions specifically stated in the catalogue. This statement does not affect your statutory rights. We believe in the quality of what we sell, that's why we have one of the most open returns policies around backed up by a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason just send it back to us, with the original packaging, in the condition it was received and we'll refund the purchase price or replace the item - it's that simple.

Where faulty products are returned, Smilechild will also refund all postage costs you incur returning the goods to us.
